Is there a free tier?
Yes. Ask the engineer without an account, or sign up free with your email + boat info to save your thread and use the app across days. Free includes 12 questions in total, guest or member, and they do not reset daily; paid removes the cap. Paid plans unlock unlimited chat, the full dashboard, and the signed inspection log.
Do I need a credit card to try it?
No. Try the engineer as a guest with no signup. Free membership only asks for email + your boat's make, model, and year so answers get more specific. Card is only required when you're ready to upgrade.
Is there a free trial?
You can try the engineer free as a guest before paying anything. Yacht Master starts immediately when you subscribe, with cancel anytime from your account. Fleet Management is coming soon; joining the waitlist costs nothing and we email you the moment it opens.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, from your account in one click. Your inspection log and vessel profile stay accessible; you just drop back to the free tier. No support call, no retention offer wall.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your vessel profile, inspection log, and chat threads stay on your account and remain exportable. If you delete your account, everything is removed within 30 days per our privacy policy.
Do you offer a Fleet discount?
