Sub-processors

Last updated: 19 August 2026

To run Yacht Masters Hub we rely on the third parties below. Each processes personal data only on our instructions and under data protection terms. We give notice of new sub-processors as set out in our Data Processing Addendum.

Analytics

We use PostHog for product analytics: which pages are viewed, which features are used, and where a signup flow is abandoned. Events are sent from our servers, and are identified by a random session identifier. On a small number of events, such as joining a waitlist or creating an account, the identifier is your email address.

We also use Microsoft Clarity to record how pages are used, which shows us where people get stuck. Passwords, payment fields, and email inputs are masked in every recording.

Both are off until you allow them. Nothing is recorded or measured before you answer the banner, and you can decline without losing any part of the Service.

We run no advertising or cross-site tracking, and we do not sell or share personal data for behavioural advertising.

Vessel catalog

Vessel lookups are answered by VesselIQ, which we operate ourselves. It is not a third party and is not a sub-processor.

International transfers

The sub-processors above process data in the United States. Where we transfer personal data out of the EEA or the UK, we rely on the transfer mechanism described in our Privacy Policy.
