Yacht Management Software

Yacht Masters Hub is yacht management software for owners and captains of boats from 30 to 90 ft. Yacht Master covers a yacht up to 89 ft, and yachts of 90 ft and up are by contact. It runs in a web browser, on a computer or a phone, and is not in any app store. Start free with your boat on record, no card required. Upgrade only when you want more.

One record for the yacht

On every plan, Free included, the yacht has one record: the Yacht Passport, the equipment manager, the projects board, inspections run in the chat (on Free, weekly walks and safety checks, 2 a month), and documents. Free stores up to five documents, not read by AI. Yacht Master adds unlimited documents and unlimited document reading. Owner adds the same.

An engineer that reads your documents

VesselIQ, the intelligence engine behind Yacht Masters Hub, turns the yacht's documents, service history and equipment into answers. It recommends maintenance from the service record and inspections, and reminds you when service is due. Its guidance is drawn from your manuals, service record and inspections, and a complete service record with timely reminders helps protect performance and resale value over the years. On Yacht Master you get VesselIQ Pro with 300 questions a month and photo diagnosis 20 times a month. Free includes VesselIQ Core with 20 questions a month. Owner includes VesselIQ Core with 100 questions a month and photo diagnosis 10 times a month. Intelligent alerts and predictive maintenance are coming soon.

Crew on the same record

Yacht Master includes 2 crew seats, and each extra person is $25 a month. Owner has no crew seats: crew starts on Yacht Master. More than one boat? We set it up with you on a call: write to us.

Plans and prices

Free does not end and asks for no card. Yacht Master is $99 a month for one yacht up to 89 ft. Owner is $49 a month, for you alone with no crew, best for a boat up to 69 ft. There is no free trial on paid plans; the Free tier is the trial. Cancel any time from your account and you drop back to Free, with your vessel profile and inspection log still there. What happens when you delete your account is set out in the privacy policy.

How it compares

If the yacht's maintenance lives in a spreadsheet today, the side by side comparison shows when a spreadsheet is enough and when Yacht Masters Hub fits: what the spreadsheet holds, what it leaves to you, and what the engineer adds by reading your documents.
